Return & Refund Policy

At Trend Threaded, each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we have the following return and refund guidelines in place.


Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, including products with custom names, dates, photos, logos, or uploaded designs.  With the exception of damaged or defective items (see below).

Please review your order details carefully before submitting. All custom orders include a digital proof for approval prior to production, which helps ensure accuracy and satisfaction.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If a product is not personalized and is unused and in its original condition, it may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once a proof has been approved or production has started, orders cannot be fully canceled or refunded.


Shipping Issues

Trend Threaded is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped. However, if your package is lost or delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
