Most orders are processed within 7 business days after proof approval.

Bulk and large event orders may require additional processing time. If your order has a specific deadline, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days (After Proof Approval)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

Occasional promotions or order thresholds may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Orders will not enter production until proof approval is received. Delays in proof approval may affect processing and shipping timelines.

Please review proofs carefully, as approved designs cannot be changed once production begins.


Bulk & Event Orders

For weddings, events, or large business orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date. Trend Threaded is not responsible for delays caused by last-minute approvals or expedited requests.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Trend Threaded is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control once an order has shipped. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Trend Threaded is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
